It's hard but you have to remember to leave it all up to God.. I'm like always stressed about something haha so I always have to remind myself that God will take care of it, and there's no huge need to worry (of course, I'm not saying don't care about anything because that won't get you anywhere either! haha) but yeah, I definitely know where you're coming from. Guilt is when even though you have asked forgiveness for your sins you feel unforgiven, this is issue with one's self. Conviction is when you've asked forgiveness and you put the sin behind you, moving on. That's what God does. He forgives you and moves on.
