A Thought in the Midst of a Reading

While reading Wild At Heart, I’ve come across a new understanding of “The Fall of Man.” Adam is standing right next to Eve, but satan directs the temptation towards Eve, his wife. He let his wife be tempted. Adam does not protect, he does not fight for, he does not even lift a finger to stand up for his Beauty, Eve. He lets her fall and be persuaded to eat of the forbidden fruit.
